Mudah4d Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and mudah4d ("Platform", "we", "company"), which operates the website and mobile application under the domain mudah4d.run. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of mudah4d's services, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, participation in games, and all forms of interaction with the platform.

Within this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "mudah4d Platform" refers to the mudah4d.run website, the Android and iOS applications, and all services provided under the mudah4d brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to an individual who has registered a valid mudah4d account.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in your mudah4d account, comprising deposited funds and any bonuses that have met the rollover requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, or any other incentive granted by mudah4d to users, subject to rollover requirements.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Responsible Gaming" refers to the policies and tools provided by mudah4d to help users manage their gambling habits in a healthy way.

To register and use mudah4d's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. mudah4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to terminate accounts that do not satisfy these conditions.

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. mudah4d strictly prohibits use of the platform by underage individuals.
• Holding a valid Malaysian phone number — this phone number will be used for OTP verification and customer support communications.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list previously submitted to mudah4d through the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Do not register on behalf of another person or use false information during the registration process.
• Not an employee, agent, partner, or immediate family member of a mudah4d employee or any game provider company that works with mudah4d.

Mudah4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID (MyKad) or passport at any time, particularly when cumulative withdrawal amounts exceed a set threshold or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in a temporary suspension or account closure.

Each user is only permitted to hold one mudah4d account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. If mudah4d finds that a user holds more than one account, mudah4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all outstanding bonuses, and withhold winnings generated through multiple bonus claims.

User responsibilities relating to their mudah4d account:

• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login details with anyone.
• Ensuring that all information in your account profile is accurate and up to date, including an active phone number and email address.
• Notify mudah4d immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including transactions made by any party you have authorised to use it.

Mudah4d is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the mudah4d platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in their location.

Mudah4d accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only. Any attempt to deposit through a method not listed below will be automatically rejected:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant interbank transfer)
• FPX — Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, Public Bank, RHB, and other FPX member banks

The minimum deposit is RM10 for digital wallet methods, and RM20 for the FPX online banking method. No default daily maximum deposit limit is set, but users may configure a personal limit through the Responsible Gaming feature in their account settings. mudah4d does not charge any transaction fees on deposits — any fees associated with the payment gateway are absorbed by mudah4d.

All deposits received by mudah4d are for entertainment and wagering within the platform only. Deposited funds may not be transferred to other users or used for any purpose other than betting activity on mudah4d. mudah4d reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds in cases involving unusually large transactions or suspicious deposit patterns.

Users may request a withdrawal from their mudah4d account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for all methods.
• If there is an active bonus in your account, its rollover requirement must be fulfilled first before the bonus portion (not your original deposit) can be withdrawn. Your original deposit is not subject to any rollover requirement and may be withdrawn at any time.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the same user's name.
• Mudah4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single transaction or RM10,000 within a 24-hour period.

The standard processing time for withdrawals is 5–15 minutes for most transactions to Malaysian digital wallets and bank accounts. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 2 hours. mudah4d does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. First-time withdrawals from a new account may require a one-time verification before being processed.

Mudah4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including a Welcome Bonus for new members, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set for each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are for the personal use of the recipient and are non-transferable.
• Each bonus type carries its own rollover requirements — please review the specific bonus terms before accepting.
• Mudah4d reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any bonus at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
• Bonus abuse — including hedging techniques, multi-account usage, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
• Bonuses are only valid within the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any bonus that expires before its rollover requirement is met will be automatically forfeited.

For the mudah4d Welcome Bonus specifically, the standard rollover requirement is 5x for deposit match bonuses and 3x for winnings from free spins. This rollover is calculated based on the bonus amount only — your original deposit is not included in the rollover calculation. All game types on mudah4d are eligible to contribute toward the rollover requirement at a rate of 100%.

Mudah4d offers a wide range of game categories including jackpot slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, IPL cricket, e-sports), table games, and progressive jackpots. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface and should be read before you begin playing.

• All games on mudah4d use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fairness and transparency.
• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a system or technical error affecting game outcomes, mudah4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the amounts to the users.
• For Sports Betting, market settlement rules refer to the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, the applicable settlement conditions are as stated in the mudah4d sports rules.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or improper methods for placing bets or playing is strictly prohibited.

In the event of a discrepancy between the results displayed on the user interface and mudah4d's server records, the server records shall be the definitive reference. mudah4d retains logs of all gaming activity for a minimum of 90 days for the purpose of resolving any disputes.

Mudah4d takes our commitment to user well-being seriously. The mudah4d platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and we do not encourage betting beyond your financial means. The following self-control tools are available to all mudah4d users through the "Account Settings" section:

• Deposit Limit — Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour waiting period.
• Betting Limit — Set the maximum amount you can wager in a single session or within a defined time period.
• Loss Limit — Set a net loss limit that, once reached, will suspend access to games until the next review period.
• Session Limit — Set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out of your gaming session.
• Temporary Break (Cool-Off) — Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During this period, you will not be able to log in or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion — An option to exclude yourself from the mudah4d platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is final and cannot be reversed before the selected period ends.

Mudah4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to the following situations:

• The user provided false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• The user holds multiple mudah4d accounts.
• The user is suspected of or found to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the mudah4d platform.
• The user has abused the mudah4d bonus system, including through hedging techniques or coordinating with other users to exploit promotions.
• The user is found to be using automated software or bots during gameplay.
• The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The user is on an active self-exclusion list.

If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fraud or a breach of terms, the deposited balance (excluding any bonus that has not yet met its rollover requirement) will be returned to the user via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For cases involving an investigation, mudah4d reserves the right to hold the funds until the investigation is concluded.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting mudah4d customer support. Any remaining funds in the account (after cancellation of bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned within 5 business days.

Mudah4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to users. Changes will be communicated via:

• In-app notifications on mudah4d or on the website upon login.
• Email to the email address registered on the user's account.
• Push notifications via the mobile app (if notifications are enabled).

Continued use of the mudah4d platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date without any penalty.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from their use are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute will first be addressed through mudah4d's internal resolution process — users may submit a formal complaint by emailing support@mudah4d.run with full details of their complaint. mudah4d is committed to addressing every complaint within 5 business days.
